Every service I provide is oriented toward one thing: helping the people I work with do more for themselves over time. This isn't about filling hours or checking boxes on a schedule. It's about showing up consistently, working toward real goals, and building the kind of trust that makes this work actually land.

Hands-on support with the daily skills that make independent living possible — meal planning and preparation, personal hygiene routines, household management, laundry, organization, and home safety. I work alongside clients to build independence, not to do things for them indefinitely.

Real-world skill building outside the home — grocery shopping, banking, using public transportation, navigating community spaces, practicing social interactions in actual settings. This is where skills developed at home get applied and reinforced. Mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate.

Structured, goal-oriented sessions targeting the skills that matter most for long-term independence: budgeting and money management, employment readiness, time management, self-advocacy, communication skills, and personal goal-setting. Sessions are tied directly to the individual's ISP goals where applicable.

Planned, scheduled caregiver relief for families who need trusted coverage without the risk of a stranger walking through the door. I work with your family member regularly so that when you need a break, they already know me. This is not emergency backup care — it is built into a consistent schedule.

Structured daytime programming built around the individual's actual goals — not filler activities. This might include cooking projects, financial literacy exercises, community outings with a skill focus, creative projects, or employment exploration. Everything is intentional and tied to what the person is working toward.

My practice is built around a specific client profile. I work best with higher-functioning adults and young adults with mild intellectual disabilities who are verbal, socially engaged, and motivated toward greater independence.
