One of the biggest advantages of working with an independent provider is that you're not navigating an agency's intake process, waiting on a coordinator, or being matched with whoever's available. You contact me directly, we figure out quickly whether this is the right fit, and if it is, we get started.
Fill out the short contact form and tell me a little about your family member — what their day looks like, what goals they're working toward, and what support looks like right now. I read every submission personally and respond within 24 business hours.
We talk. I ask questions, you ask questions, and we both get a sense of whether my approach and availability are a match for what your family needs. No commitment, no pressure. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you honestly.
If the call goes well, I meet with your family member in person — or via video if circumstances require it. This is about them as much as it's about logistics. They should feel comfortable with the person coming into their life, and I want to get a real read on what their support looks like day to day before we commit.
Once we've agreed to move forward, I send a clear service agreement that covers rates, schedule, policies, and expectations for both sides. No surprises. We both sign electronically and each keep a copy.
We set the schedule, confirm the first visit, and start. From that point on, you have my direct contact and a consistent person in your corner.
You don't need to have everything organized before reaching out. A conversation is a good starting point.
