I Know This Field. I Know What Good Support Looks Like.

My name is Andre Williams. I've spent more than a decade working inside the disability services system — not on the edges of it. I've run group homes, trained staff on behavioral safety, served as a liaison between families and Support Coordinators, and currently work as Activities Coordinator in the Aging & Adult Day Program department at my organization. I've seen what good support looks like, and I've seen what passes for it when no one's paying attention.

I built this private practice because I wanted to do this work the right way — with a small number of clients, consistent schedules, and a genuine focus on each person's goals. When you work with me, there's no agency absorbing most of what you pay, no rotating cast of strangers, and no one who doesn't know your family member's name. It's just me, showing up.

My job isn't to make life easier by doing things for people — it's to help them build the skills and confidence to do more for themselves. That means I work with people who are ready to grow. I'm not the right fit for every client, and I'm upfront about that because the wrong match helps no one.

My background as a Support Coordinator liaison means I understand how Pennsylvania's disability services system works from the inside. I currently operate on a private-pay basis — you pay me directly, I invoice you, and we get to work. No agency, no waiting list, no administrative process.
