I've spent over a decade in the disability services field — as a group home manager, behavioral safety trainer, Support Coordinator liaison, and currently as Activities Coordinator in the Aging & Adult Day Program department at my organization. I built this private practice because I believe people with mild intellectual disabilities deserve support that's consistent, experienced, and genuinely focused on their growth.
I keep my caseload small by design. That's not a limitation — it's the whole point.
